Content Studio

Content Studio now includes a new generated case library with one-click reuse and inline video previews.

This release adds a new generated case library inside Content Studio. Creators can browse real finished examples, click any case to load its inputs instantly, and preview the output video directly from the deck before generating again.

10generated cases available at launch
1-clickreuse from case to workspace
inlinevideo preview inside the deck
  1. Content Studio now has a case library built from real generated videos

Instead of generic placeholder cards, the workspace now opens with a browsable library of real generated Content Studio examples so creators can start from outputs that already reflect actual use cases.

  2. Clicking a case now loads the matching use case, text inputs, URLs, CTA, and assets

Case selection now takes the chosen example and pushes its real setup straight into the workspace, so creators can reuse the same structure without rebuilding the brief manually.

  3. Case cards can now preview the finished video inline

The active card in the library now plays its real finished output inside the deck, so creators can judge pacing, hook strength, and creative style before deciding to reuse that case.

Pricing & Onboarding

New free users now start with 15 credits, with 20 extra credits available through Discord.

This release restores automatic signup credits for new free users, keeps Billing and onboarding aligned, and makes the landing banner point to the Discord path for claiming 20 extra credits.

20extra Discord credits available
2credit reward paths clarified
  1. New free accounts now receive 15 credits at registration

Registration, free-plan display, and dashboard messaging now align around a 15-credit starting balance for new free users.

  2. Landing and onboarding now describe the automatic signup grant

Free-user messaging now tells people the truth: create an account and the 15 signup credits are available automatically.

  3. The landing banner now points to Discord for 20 extra credits

The top landing banner keeps the separate Discord reward explicit, so users see that signup grants 15 credits automatically and Discord can unlock another 20.

Pricing & Onboarding

New free users now start at 0 credits, Discord grants 20 bonus credits, and Starter shows a 60-minute intro offer.

This release removes the old free-credit starting balance for new users, shifts the first reward path to a Discord-claimable 20-credit bonus, and replaces the onboarding meeting pitch with a 60-minute Starter monthly offer shown in onboarding and Billing.

0default credits for new free users
20Discord bonus credits available
60mStarter intro window shown
  1. New free accounts now start at zero instead of auto-granting credits

Registration, free-plan display, and dashboard messaging now align around a zero-credit starting state for new free users instead of promising an automatic balance that did not match the new onboarding path.

  2. Discord is now the explicit path to claim 20 bonus credits

Free-user messaging now tells people the truth: join Discord, message the team, and claim the 20-credit bonus there instead of assuming credits appear automatically on signup.

  3. Onboarding and Billing now surface the Starter intro code and countdown

The final onboarding step drops the old meeting CTA and instead shows the Starter monthly intro offer, including the visible promo code, one-click copy interaction, and the 60-minute countdown before the UI returns to standard pricing.

Billing & Credits

Users can now review credit activity in Billing without seeing internal charge details.

This release adds a dedicated credit activity view inside Billing, so users can see where credits were spent, when refunds happened, and what their balance looked like after each change without exposing raw internal charge text.

1credit activity feed added
3activity filters shipped
0raw internal charge strings exposed
  1. Billing now includes a credit activity feed

Users can now open Billing and review a chronological list of credit usage and refunds instead of guessing where their balance changed.

  2. Credit usage is mapped to clean user-facing labels

We added a safer display layer for credit history so the product shows standardized activity names instead of leaking raw internal charge descriptions.

  3. Users can filter usage, refunds, and recent time ranges

The new view supports usage and refund filtering plus time-range switching, making it easier to audit credit consumption without digging through unrelated billing records.

AI Video Update

Seedance 2.0 is live in Reelsy, Multimodal Reference shows up earlier, and expensive model credits were cut down.

This release adds Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast to the active AI video lineup, surfaces Multimodal Reference on the landing path so creators can discover it earlier, and lowers default credits across Seedance, Kling 3.0, Wan 2.6, and Hailuo 2.3.

2Seedance tiers now live
4AI video families repriced down
1multimodal path surfaced earlier
  1. Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Fast are now part of the AI video lineup

Reelsy now supports Seedance across Image to Video, First & Last Frame, and Multimodal Reference, so creators can use one model family for single-frame starts, explicit frame control, or richer image, video, and audio guidance.

  2. Multimodal Reference is promoted earlier instead of hiding behind deeper workflow steps

The landing page now calls out Seedance Multimodal Reference directly, making it easier to discover the higher-control path before users click through several setup layers inside the product.

  3. Credits were lowered for the AI video paths that had become too expensive

We reduced pricing across Seedance, Kling 3.0, Wan 2.6, and Hailuo 2.3 so the default entry cost is more aligned with fast testing, creator drafts, and lower-friction experimentation.

AI Video Model

Veo 3.1 Lite is now live in Reelsy with a lower-cost default for faster starts.

This release adds Veo 3.1 Lite to the product update timeline and active AI video model lineup. It launches with a default cost of 10 credits and supports both text-to-video and image-to-video generation paths.

1new Veo model tier added
10default credits per generation
2supported generation modes
  1. Veo 3.1 Lite is now available in the AI video workflow

You can now choose Veo 3.1 Lite directly inside Reelsy as a lighter-cost Veo option for faster iteration, without leaving the existing AI video flow.

  2. Default pricing is set to 10 credits

Veo 3.1 Lite starts at 10 credits by default, giving creators a clearer low-cost option when they want Veo output without paying the higher full-model price for every test run.

  3. Supports both text-to-video and image-to-video

The first Veo 3.1 Lite release in Reelsy covers the two most common generation modes: text-to-video for prompt-led concepts and image-to-video for reference-led motion generation.

New Workflow

Viral Clone is live: turn a short reference into a reusable clone plan before you generate.

This release adds the new Viral Clone workflow for short-form reference analysis. Paste a TikTok or YouTube Shorts link, run fit analysis first, choose a clone strategy, and move into planning and generation with a persisted session instead of ad hoc prompt guessing.

2supported source platforms at launch
5clone strategies to choose from
1session-first clone workflow shipped
  1. Paste a short reference and start from a real analysis session

Viral Clone now creates a dedicated session from a TikTok or YouTube Shorts link, then persists source analysis, blueprint, and planning artifacts instead of dropping users into a fake or one-off state.

  2. Choose how closely to follow the original

After analysis, you can choose from five adaptation strategies including Replicate Form, Replace Subject, Replace Scene, Replace Both, and Light Rewrite, so the workflow makes the similarity tradeoff explicit before generation starts.

  3. Move from fit analysis into storyboard, references, and generation

The new flow connects reference review, storyboard planning, and AI video handoff in one path, making it easier to turn a strong short-form pattern into a controlled remake instead of improvising each shot manually.

Credits & Access

Free users can now start AI Video and Music flows, with clearer credit rules from the first click.

This release removes the old paid-only gate from Viral Growth AI Video and Music entry points, raises free-user starting balance to 30 credits, and makes low-credit states explicit before generation starts.

2free-access workflows opened
30starting credits for new free users
3credit-aware surfaces tightened
  1. AI Video and Music are no longer blocked behind a paid plan

Free users can now enter both Viral Growth workflows directly. Access is controlled by credits at run time, instead of a blunt paid-plan lock before they can even start.

  2. New free users now start with 30 credits

We aligned registration, pricing display, and landing page messaging around a 30-credit free starting balance so the product promise matches the actual account state.

  3. Low-credit moments are clearer across entry, editor, and Music Prep

When credits are below the minimum needed, the product now tells you exactly what is missing and routes you to billing, instead of showing the old paid-workflow messaging.
